Purchase Terms – Tundra Tours AS
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and bookings made through Tundra Tours AS. When you make a purchase or reservation through us, you agree to the following terms:
Payment
Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices include VAT unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund.

7–2 days before the tour: 50% refund.

Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.

In case of illness (with a doctor's certificate), a full refund will be given.
Changes and Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to make changes to the tour program due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund.
Liability
Participation in our tours is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, unless caused by negligence on our part.
Insurance
We recommend that all guests have valid travel and accident insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you are covered.
Complaints
Any complaints must be made directly to the guide or representative during the tour. If the issue is not resolved, a written complaint must be submitted within 14 days after the tour.
Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Read more in our [Privacy Policy].
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
