This privacy policy applies to Tundra Tours.no (hereafter referred to as “we”) and explains why we collect information about you, how we use this information, and how we safeguard your privacy.

Facebook Messenger (chat): If we use this chat service, Facebook may identify you so you don't have to re-enter your name/email. Logs are stored in Facebook Messenger and can be deleted upon request.

Facebook Pixel: Tracks your visit to our website so we can target ads via Facebook later.

Shopify: Our platform provider (Canada). Your order data is stored here. Contact us for access, correction, or deletion.

Contact forms: Messages sent via forms are stored in our email and possibly in a backup database temporarily.
b) In case of suspected criminal activity
Data may be disclosed to authorities upon request. We may also share data in suspected fraud cases or legal disputes.
7. Deletion of personal data
We are legally obligated to retain some data, such as:

If you do not have an active customer relationship, we will only send marketing if you have given us explicit consent. Your data may also be used to personalize such messages. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails/SMS.

We may update or change this privacy policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated.

You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Norway, this is the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
