Terms and Conditions of Purchase for Tundra Tours
General
These purchase terms apply to all purchases made on tundratours.no. The terms, together with your order and order confirmation, constitute the overall agreement for the purchase. The seller is Tundra Tours AS, registered in the Brønnøysund Register Center with organization number 931 648 992. Contact information: contact@tundratours.no. The buyer is the person stated as the buyer in the order. The terms apply to purchases made by both consumers and businesses, unless otherwise specifically stated.
Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order is confirmed and includes all expenses associated with the purchase. Payment is made securely through our selected payment solution. Tundra Tours uses Stripe for secure payment processing.
Booking and Order Confirmation
When you place an order on tundratours.no, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation serves as a receipt for your booking. Please check that all information is correct. If there are any errors, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Change
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the agreed date. In case of cancellation later than 7 days in advance, you will be charged 50% of the agreed price. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event or if the customer does not show up. If Tundra Tours must cancel an event, a full refund will be given, or a new date will be offered.
Liability and Insurance
Tundra Tours is not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings during the tour. Participation is at your own risk. We recommend that all participants have valid travel and accident insurance.
Personal Data
Tundra Tours processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information is not shared with third parties unless necessary to fulfill the agreement or required by law. You can read more in our privacy policy.
Force Majeure
If circumstances outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or similar events) prevent us from conducting the tour, Tundra Tours cannot be held financially liable. In such cases, we will strive to find an alternative date or refund the purchase.
Complaints and Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we ask that you contact us so that we can resolve the matter. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time. If no agreement is reached, you can bring the case to the Consumer Council or the court where you live.
Copyright
All content on these websites is the property of Tundra Tours AS or its subcontractors and is protected under, among other things, the Copyright Act, the Marketing Act, and the Trademarks Act. This means that company names, trademarks, product names, product information—including, but not limited to, product descriptions, specifications such as weight and dimensions, images, design, layout, and other content on the Tundra Tours AS website—may under no circumstances be copied, downloaded, or used in any way unless permitted under mandatory legislation or with prior written consent from Tundra Tours AS.
